How to use SBR
-
Break Reminder:
Using the SBR application is quite intuitive. By default, one alarm (timer) is set for 30 minutes. You can change this time (in the “Settings” tab).
You can then add up to three more alarms (timers) for your various needs and then switch between these alarms (in the “Alarm” tab) using the A1 - A4 buttons.
After the alarm sounds, the application will ask you if you took a break.
-
Pomodoro timer:
Supporters of the Pomodoro technique (three short breaks followed by one longer break) can also select this option in the Settings tab.
In the “Alarm” tab, it is then possible to monitor the progress on the Pomodoro button, which takes on values of 0/4 - 4/4.
By clicking on this button, it is possible to reset Pomodoro counter and start from scratch.
-
Statistics:
In the “Alarm” tab, it is possible to monitor daily statistics for the last 10 days.
In the “Statistics” tab, daily average statistics for the last 14 months.
These statistics are extremely important, they give us an overview of how much time we spend on the computer.
-
ToDo manager:
ToDo manager works with two types of tasks.
Standard and recurring tasks. If you finish a standard task (Context button "Finish task"), such a task will be moved to the "Archived" tab.
From there, it will be permanently deleted after thirty days.
If you finish a recurring task (Context button "Finish task"), this task will be moved to the "Recurring" tab and after some time it will appear again in the "Ongoing" tab.
If you want to permanently delete a recurring task, you need to do it in the "Recurring" tab and use the "Archive" context button.
